A letter of introduction,
We would like to take this opportunity to
introduce you to the Chinook Archers, Inc. ,of Camas, Washington,
established in 1957.
We are a non-profit organization of 100
plus adults and their families. We are geared toward not only archery as
a safe and humane hunting sport, but we also encourage and promote
target archery as a family sport. We have opened our range and clubhouse
to 4-H groups as well as the Boy Scouts of America in order to foster
this encouragement.
"Our sole purpose shall be to
foster, expand and perpetuate the practice of field, target, and
other forms of archery, and the spirit of good fellowship among all
archers; to encourage the use of the bow
in hunting of all legal game, and cooperate with all archers, and
cooperate with all conservation organizations in the conservation of

For our 2009 club calendar, we have five
scheduled events, from January through October. One of these events will
be our annual KLICKITAT 3-D TRAIL
SHOOT, held in Klickitat
Washington, April 18th and 19th 2009. This tournament has
been an annual event for the past 20 years. If 2009 is anything like the
past years, we will be expecting 300 to 400 archers plus their families.
We are asking for donations for this event.
Door prizes will be given away in the form of a drawing, which allows
everyone a chance to winning, including prizes for the children.
In making a donation to the
Chinook Archers, Inc.,
your business will be recognized for your
support by the way of signs and printed matter. All prizes will also be
tagged showing the name of the business donating the item. We will also
be happy to post any banners, signs, flags or any other advertising
materials that your company would like to supply to the address listed
below that you may have available for display during the two (2) day
event for even more advertising for your business.
