Chinook Archers, Inc. is a non-profit, member-managed archery club located in Vancouver, Washington.
Our mission is to foster the sport of archery and good fellowship among archers.
We collect only the information necessary to manage club membership and communication:
Name, address, phone, and email
Membership type and payment record
Volunteer participation or event registration
We do not collect credit-card or banking details through this website.
To process and maintain memberships
To notify members of meetings, events, and shoots
To send newsletters or updates (if you opt in)
To comply with record-keeping requirements in the Club’s By-Laws
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information.
Our site may use minimal cookies or analytics tools to measure website traffic. These do not identify individuals.
Membership data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized officers (Secretary, Treasurer, or Membership Chair).
Members may request correction or deletion of their information by contacting the Secretary at info@chinookarchers.com.
