March Meeting Recap + Spring Shoot Season is Here
As we head into one of the busiest times of year for Chinook Archers, our March 9, 2026 meeting focused on final event preparation, financial updates, and long-term planning for the future of our club. With strong member turnout and great momentum, itβs shaping up to be a great season.
π° Financial Update & 2025 Audit Review
Treasurer Kentin Hill presented the February Income & Expense Report, confirming the club remains in a strong financial position with approximately $156,723 in total funds.
A highlight of the meeting was the presentation of the 2025 financial audit by Chris Bellinger, conducted alongside Don Stanton and Kentin Hill.
The audit confirmed that:
- Financial records are accurate and in good standing
- Only minor discrepancies were identified
- No significant issues were found
The audit committee recommended continuing to improve monthly tracking of membership and deposits to keep things running smoothly moving forward.
The membership voted to:
- β Accept the 2025 audit
- β Forgo conducting a 2024 audit
π³οΈ By-Laws Amendment Approved
